There is one assigned parking space: E-10. If you need more than one space, ask Joyce if an additional parking pass is available. If not, the Pinellas Co. Tiki Gardens Park is directly across the street with parking passes available for purchase from the Indian Shores Police Department for $12/day. Please always display your parking pass from the rear view mirror while on the property. No boats or trailers are allowed.
Normal check in is 3:00 p.m. Howerever, if the unit is ready earlier you may check in earlier. Call Joyce to coordinate an earlier check in.
Normal check out is 10:00 a.m. If you would like to check out any later, please coordinate well in advance with Joyce.
Upon arrival, please inspect the unit for any damages or maintenance needs and report them to Joyce asap.
Renters are not allowed to bring pets along to Holiday Villas II.
Smoking is not permitted in the unit, in the parking garage, or around the pool. Smoking is only permitted on the balcony.
A $200 non-refundable deposit is due at booking. Your final balance is due 15 days prior to arrival or at the booking date, whichever is later. Deposits and final payments are non-refundable. No refund is given for checking out earlier than your scheduled check out date. Payment is to be made by personal check, bank check, money order, Paypal, MC/VISA/DISC, or travelers checks.
From Tampa International Airport, Take I-275 South (St. Petersburg). Go over the Howard Franklin Bridge. Take Exit 31 (688 West - Ullmerton Road). Travel about 14 miles on Route 688 until it dead ends at Gulf Blvd. Turn left (south) onto Gulf Blvd. and go about 3 miles to Holiday Villas II, 19610 Gulf Blvd, Indian Shores, FL 33785. Building is on the right side. It's just before the first traffic light.
